ZORYA carries within her the design thinking that made Finot’s offshore yachts so distinctive. She was conceived as an ocean-going yacht — eighteen metres of aluminium drawn for extended voyaging and for sailing with a reduced crew.
Her scale was chosen deliberately: large enough to carry what a long passage needs, and to live aboard with real autonomy, yet kept in a direct relationship between sailor, yacht and sea. She is a yacht you handle, not merely occupy.
